2. Free to Use: This Tool is a personal open-source project, completely free to use with no charges. TinyPNG API free quotas are determined by TinyPNG official.

3. Disclaimer: The Tool is provided 'as is' without any warranty, express or implied. Any consequences arising from the use of this Tool are the sole responsibility of the user.

4. Intellectual Property: The open-source code of this Tool is released under the corresponding open-source license. Images processed using this Tool are owned by the user.

5. Third-Party Services: This Tool calls the TinyPNG API for image compression. Please also comply with TinyPNG's terms of service.
